Recoverable-Support Geometry and Response Visibility

Released

Second H-series bridge paper connecting H1 finite recovery to G1 premetric response. Constructs non-Abelian Cech--de Rham recovery descent, registered Kato recoverable-support geometry with channel blindness, regular physical quotient bundle, and two independent bridge branches: operational-covector (flat coefficients, Stokes/closed-cycle validation) and response-bundle (holonomy-intertwiner criterion). Separates holonomy-relative parallel readouts from character-based Abelianization. Does not derive G1, GR, or M3/4.
